Role Summary The Head of Fleet Solutions, OE & Retread is a Management level position. This is a regional role, based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial PBU. The scope of the role covers Bridgestone entities in MEA region. The Head of Fleet Solutions, OE & Retread supports the Commercial tyres sales to Fleet customers in the MEA region, in line with the Bridgestone Group core values. The Department strength is 7 persons. The scope of the role is to offer the full range of Brilliant Mobility solutions from Bridgestone with the objective of moving from a Tyre seller to Mobility solution provider. Main Responsibilities And Key Activities · Fleet Solution (3M) contracts- · To increase our Fleet sales through 3M Service contracts- (Manage, Maintain & Monitor) and providing value added services to Fleets by moving from product sales to service sales. · Build, Deploy and Drive the BSMEA strategy to increase BS SOB with the large fleet accounts in the region. · Digital Solutions- · Ensure the Tool Box is deployed in all Branches, training of Branch and Partner staff and effective use of Insights Data Analytics to demonstrate value of Bridgestone Tyres to the Fleets. · Implementing the latest Mobility solutions from BSEU (TPMS, Telematics, Webfleet) in the MEA region to support the Fleet business · Training- · To coordinate the Bridgestone Way To Fleet Training programs to upgrade the skills of our Partners; includes Assessing training needs of Partners/BSMEA sales teams, designing Training programs, Training roll-out and assessment, Refresher courses. · Retread- · To establish the Bandag Retread business across Key markets, integrating the new tyre sales with Retread to provide a complete solution for the full life of the tyre and reducing the overall cost of ownership and operate Bandag business of Franchise and Learning Center sustainably. · Vehicle Manufacturers (OEM)- · To liaison with all Vehicle manufacturers in MEA for their After-sales support requirements, New Vehicle models coming to MEA and the tyre sizes for them, updates on Vehicle regulations. · Sales planning & Budgeting- · Prepare MTP Budgets for Solution sales and Retread sales, Expense budgeting, Monitoring and control.
