Proven track record in the capacity of COO or other relevant roles is a strong plus. * Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail and great ability to drive teams to achieve outcomes * Excellent leadership, communication and reporting skills to the senior management team. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a handson mentality * Strong working knowledge of trading PnL and exposure calculations as well as trade finance knowledge on trading * Good organisation and time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
