The group are one of the leading hospitality groups, across the Maldives, boasting an incredible portfolio of luxury properties and a number of regional & international awards to match. In short, we're looking for a Cluster/Group HR Director who can lead all resort HR & L&D teams. By driving the company culture and employee engagement you will be an integral part of the growth and success of the group. This role would report directly into the wider Group COO, and you will be responsible for overseeing a wider HR team (each property can have anywhere from 2-8 HR team members), but we are also looking for someone from a strong L&D background, as you will also be expected to oversee & manager the wider L&D teams too (each property has at least 1 L&D professional present). You'll be involved in some pretty exciting projects too - with the group set to re-open & re-launch a number of refurbished properties across Q4 2024, & 2025.
