Manager – Processing Plant Job location Caribbean Islands Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate / Food Technologist Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience in Poultry processing plants in India / Middle East / Africa Salary : Open, based on experience Roles : - Production planning, Production Supervision, Product Specification management, Discipline in working hours. - Implementing GMP, HACCP, HALAL etc., maintaining all required documents in prescribed formats in prescribed intervals. - Responsible to overseas External audit & Certificate renewal process. - Monitoring Maintenance, Cleanliness & Hygiene of all infrastructure in the slaughter house, Spare parts inventory, repairs & routine checks. - To monitor rendering plant & effluent treatment plant. - Co-coordinating with sales team for products specification orders, scheduling loading time, dispatch time & to monitor dispatch schedule as per indent. - External communication with Packing material suppliers, Spare parts suppliers, Consumables suppliers &Equipment suppliers. - Preparation of daily production reports, Opening Stock & Closing Stock reports, Packing material inventory. - Maintain and improve the employee relationship - Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports. Qualification : - Graduate / Post-Graduate - 8 to 10 years of experience in managing Poultry processing plant - Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
