Should have good experience in managing industrial relations / union management. Should have good experience in managing internal and external stakeholders (regulatory government bodies, communities, law enforcement agencies, etc. High level of initiative and assertiveness, Excellent team skills, Ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks Have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
