SVP, Head of Supply Chain Management. SWITZERLAND In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the global Supply Chain organization and play a key role in the growth of the company. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical or science discipline, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a medical device environment, specifically in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or packaging. Knowledge of working with external manufacturers under a toll manufacturing concept and implementing cost improvements is advantageous. Familiarity with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training, and/or Certification is a plus. Fluent in English, and proficiency in German is a strong asset. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with abilities in facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and influencing.
