Responsbilities 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels. 2. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business development plans and strategies. 7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the senior management team. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies and processes. 8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to anticipate opportunities and challenges in the market. Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Strong understanding of sales principles, lead generation, and customer relationship management. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities
