Credit Rating Management: Lead the company’s efforts to maintain or improve its credit rating by managing relationships with rating agencies and responding to their requirements. Develop strategies to improve the company’s financial profile in the eyes of rating agencies. Strategic Financial Leadership: Work closely with the CFO and senior management in strategic financial decision-making, risk management, and long-term financial planning. Provide regular financial reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of financial performance. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards in India and international markets. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to regulatory bodies. Education: CA. Experience: Minimum of 15 years Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
