DEMAND SUPPLY PLANNER POLAND Open to International candidates a leading consumer multinational looking to hire a Demand & Supply Planner for Europe region to be based in Warsaw , Poland. To ensure all planning aspects of Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics management leading to right availability of stock at market level and resolution of customer service issues and interfacing with upstream and downstream SC stake holders for managing their contracts and planning execution. Lead S&OP process with country managers and customers Forecast maintenance and update Close Coordination with Marketing team Raw and Packaging material management and control Lead new product planning Improve forecast accuracy Finalizing monthly production, replenishment and buying plan Process orders in SAP system, inform customers about goods availability Update SAP system regarding customer detail, order details Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system information Control and check all shipment documentations are accurate Assure coordination and submission of documents and reports to finance team Leading customer responsibility including Transportation and Warehousing management On time communication with customers and company divisions Optimizing supply chain costs Act as a collaborator; be able to interface with customers and other divisions as needed when resolving issues Stock planning to ensure stock availability in the forward months at different locations Coordination with manufacturing hubs/sites to ensure timely dispatch Prepare monthly supply chain reports Highlight any risks errors as soon as you foresee or encounter them Coordination with warehouse, forwarding agents and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries of shipments Coordinating and ensuring material coverages for production Maintain, improve, updating of master data across systems Ensuring inventory health by following FIFO Ensuring samples are provided as per country manager requests Ensure Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or another related field. 10+ years in Demand Planning, S&OP in FMCG space. Must be based in Poland. 2 + years of experience in Customer Service. Ensure stock reflecting in systems are accurate and up to date Contract management and negotiations
