Functions: • He/She will be responsible for managing a team of 3 people. • To review availability of materials and follow-up of the missing. • To monitor orders negotiations, materials deliveries and quality of the same. • To manage the suitable stock levels to provide third-party manufacturers. • To monitor and control stock levels. • To follow-up and control of the materials balances when discontinuations or changes in presentation. • To claim, and further follow-up of the same, to supplier for failing to comply with the third-party manufacturers regulations in terms of quality and conditioning of the deliveries. • To manage and follow-up the destructions. • To follow-up KPIs of the area. Responsibilities: • To manage the materials replenishment in time and ways, balancing quality and price in accordance with the purchasing policy. • To analyze the MRP (Material Requirement Planning). Attend the requirements that may appear from the Demand Planning Department in accordance with the scheduling area. • To plan the delivery of orders and define the plans for long-term suppliers. • To request the maintenance of the master data of the references of each planner to the belonging department. • To analyze and carry out alternative plans to bottleneck situations or critical materials. We'd love to meet you if you have • Experience: Minimum 10 years. Preferably cosmetic/make up sector • Education: University Degree • Languages: Must be fluent in Spanish and English. French and Italian would be a plus • Previous experience managing a team would be mandatory • Specific Knowledge required: SAP Procurement MM. Negotiation Skills. Microsoft Office Skills
