Experience: The position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in the same senior management role. Corporate Management experience Experience in the Food industry preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering results across a broad spectrum of businesses and dealing and communicating effectively up and down the stakeholder hierarchy. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business and/or Finance & Accounting (Preferred)
