Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of the plan Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce down times on the machine, maintaining the quality parameters, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations Establish SOPs, implement continuous improvement plans through training, good work practices and processes Maintenance Preparing Maintenance plan for all machines of a corrugation factory. The machines include BHS Steady line, Flexo Printer, Die cutting and FFG. You should be responsible for implementing the Preventive maintenance and attending breakdowns. Advisory Capacity Advises management about product specifications, plant capabilities, and provides updates on issues related to the plant’s machinery. The Production Engineer also keeps customers and management up-to-date on the status of projects in the plant.. SKills Required Technical degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline. Ideally experience and knowledge of use of BHS corrugation machine with all finishing lines. Experience of implementing such project in the past.
