Implementation and maintenance of Budgeting system in all the organisations. 13. Monitoring, guiding the Accounts executive and checking all work performed by the executive. 14. To be in constant communication with CFO HBL to apprise and update the status of Tanzania Cos and submit information from time to time and take advice in cases required. 2. 1. Must possess good verbal & written communication skills. 2. Work effectively with staff and public having strong interpersonal skills 3. Work independently with self-driven approach 4.
