Education Qualification & Experience: MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 18 to 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, distribution, healthcare services, or allied industries. At least 7 to 10 years in a senior leadership role (COO/VP Operations). Strong exposure to pharma distribution networks, sales operations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations.
