Mandatory experience in family-owned groups, family offices, or private conglomerates in the UAE/GCC. Proven experience in managing diverse portfolios (real estate, trading, investments, etc.). Strong understanding of corporate governance, board-level reporting, and cross-border compliance. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. High emotional intelligence and discretion dealing with family matters. Comfortable navigating between structured corporate processes and entrepreneurial/family-style decision-making.
