Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Masters or MBA preferred). Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is strongly preferred. 15+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a Group CFO or Group Financial Controller. Mandatory experience in family-owned groups, family offices, or private conglomerates in the UAE/GCC. Proven experience in managing diverse portfolios (real estate, trading, investments, etc.). Strong understanding of corporate governance, board-level reporting, and cross-border compliance. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. High emotional intelligence and discretion dealing with family matters. Comfortable navigating between structured corporate processes and entrepreneurial/family-style decision-making. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
