Contact vendors, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Project Manager-Procurement /HOD of potential delays. 2. Develop, issue and expediting of Purchase Order, Contracts for Materials & Services by performing the following : Prepares bidders list. | Pre-qualifies bidders | Issue bid request package to approved bidders | Evaluates bids commercially and Vendor Due Diligence. 3. Prepares and organized meetings for bid clarification, Terms and Conditions finalization | Prepare Purchase Order / Service Order / Contract document for Purchase and services. 4. Expediting, communication, and coordination from Procurement to Pay to Supplier | Contract Expediting / Administration for Power like GT/ ST/HRSG/GIS, Etc. 5. Knowledge and experience in the formation of Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Contracts and Contracts agreements including types, terms, and legal requirements. 6. Knowledge of Commercial law, negotiations of General Terms and Conditions & Special Terms and Conditions, accounting or cost engineering through education and experience. 7. Knowledge in Supplier Performance Management & Supplier Relationship Management. 8. Experience in Proposal & Cost Estimation added advantage. 9. Knowledge and understanding of the projects functional groups and company policies, procedures, and work practices. 10. Coordinate with Internal & External teams to define requirement for meeting Project schedules. Provide continuous insight into the supplier's progress toward meeting purchase order requirements, particularly delivery schedules. 11. Analyze, update, generate & maintain post expediting progress and status reports for assigned orders/ suppliers. 12. Work with suppliers and key Internal stake holders to resolve schedule discrepancies and implementation of recovery plans. 13. Handle any delivery inconsistencies or delays with constant follow up and proactively work with suppliers to develop corrective actions concerning quality and on time delivery issue. 14. Coordinate with logistic team for timely input exchange and actively monitoring and managing the progress of shipment, ensuring timely delivery by proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues that may arise, while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and communication. * Functional Skills Required: 1.
