Regulatory and legal compliance: • Ensure the tax, social and environmental compliance of the Branch and the Group, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. • Oversee the management of legal registers and documents (licenses, authorizations, insurance), ensuring their updating and accessibility. • Manage administrative, legal and asset files, while preserving the interests of the Branch and the Group. • Manage the processing of administrative and tax disputes in coordination with the Legal Department, favoring amicable solutions. • Monitor compliance of operations with customs, tax and environmental obligations, and initiate necessary corrective actions. Team Management and Coordination: • Generally supervise the Branch's commercial, legal and administrative teams. • Actively support the Regional Sales Manager and operational teams in achieving commercial objectives. • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure, in agreement with General Management, the availability of stocks required to achieve sales targets. • Provide training, supervision and motivation to employees. • Conduct periodic meetings for performance monitoring and problem resolution.
