Work with the senior management team to ensure correct risk management procedures are adhered to and reviewed/ updated from time to time for relevance Responsible for effective Cash Management and Treasury Management systems Oversee internal and external audits and ensure audit recommendations are implemented Ensure diligence, integrity and accountability as an authorized signatory for the company Ensure timely reporting of management accounts and annual financial statements in line with reporting standards Assists in full automation of accounting processes Oversee the maintenance of the fixed assets register and administrative management of the Business’ property. Key qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field. A Masters Degree from a recognized institution is an added advantage. A minimum of 25 years relevant experience with at least (4) four years in senior management level. Previous experience as a CFO in a warehousing and logistics business is preferred. Professional accounting qualifications - CPA, ACCA. Possession of a CFA charter is an added advantage.
