Shift Engineer

SHIFT ENGINEER NIGERIA ** Nigerian experience mandatory Roles and Responsibilities 1. Manpower · To ensure all manpower requirements such as operators, electricians, fitters & workers are available at all times and trained accordingly. · To develop and motivate staff to optimize the workforce. Delivers performance reviews and any feedback to the team as needed.
