We are looking for a young individual who is willing to move to Congo Africa or someone who is already in Congo to manage the entire operations of the plant including, costing, marketing, sales, accounting, dealing with government authorities, staffing, procurement, maintenance, recruiting etc. Basically you will be managing the entire facility. This person will be second to the CEO, hence you will be required to have offset printing experience. You will have the necessary experience as a manager in a printing company. This individuals will be very proactive and will have the knowledge of offset printing with managerial skills. Experience of a minimum 5 years as an MBA in an offset printing industry is a must in a similar role as a plant / operations manager is a must. African experience will be highly regarded. English language is a must. Both written and spoken. 1. You will be required to stay in congo for a duration of 2 years minimum term contract. We are looking for someone who has a long term vision. 2. Salary will be negotiable depending on your experience. You will be provided a bedroom, in large size house, with TV, servant and cook.
