Developing a reporting framework across the company and managing the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as management reports that provide key financial metrics and insights to support decision-making. 25+ years of proven experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role. Extensive Experience in finance function, consolidation, accounting, financial forecasting, credit, funding, capital planning, legislative compliance and manages relationships with the companys bankers. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth. Understanding of VAT, tax regimes and systems in various countries. Has an existing relevant network with the bankers and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with banks and investors on an international scale. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and understand the dynamics of the Middle East, Africa, and India. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
