Prepare and finalise company Balance sheet. Coordinating with Statutory Auditors & Company Secretary, for compliance of statutory requirements. Correspondence with Bankers, Govt. Departments / offices like Goods and Service Tax, Income Tax, customs etc. Bills payables and receivables/ sales accounting/ Invoice management/ RTO related work/ stock audits/ DCP/ TDS/ TCS/ ESI/PT/ PF payments basis challans generated etc. Any other duties assigned by management. The scope of work shall not be limited to the above, being the CFO of the group there could be miscellaneous/ancillary activities that you may have to undertake.
