Responsibilities: - Day-to-day and preventive maintenance, ensuring smooth operation of refinery plants, fractionation plants, and power plant utilities. - Execute Projects related to all sections. - Actively participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and utility optimisation. - Ensure troubleshooting in terms of maintenance and utilities is well taken care of. - Execute cost saving & energy-saving techniques/measures & to achieve a substantial reduction in O&M expenditures. - Monitor quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. - Arrange for the necessary improvement for the department structure and team development. Requirements: - B.E Mechanical with 14+ years experience and 10 years experience in Crude Palm Oil Processing is desired. - Experience of heading maintenance activities at a midsized or large plant and exposure to working in plant having Refining, Fractionation are must. - Experience in handling utilities like Turbine, desalination plant, RO plant is required
