Coordinate and balance customer requirements with manufacturing capacity, scheduling, production planning and materials control while optimizing inventory and determining optimal logistical flow of incoming and outgoing material and finished product. 8. Accountable for analyzing and understanding business and customer's requirements for operational capabilities and performance. Establish, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics associated with order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 9. Collaborate with cross functional teams to constantly improve efficiency and reduce the lead times for the assembly and delivery of parts through processes and procedures. 10. Manage and utilize people resources effectively, holding the team accountable; set objectives for improvement and implement programs accordingly. 11.
