Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth. Understanding of VAT, tax regimes and systems in various countries. Has an existing relevant network with the bankers and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with banks and investors on an international scale. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and understand the dynamics of the Middle East, Africa, and India. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
