Systems: SAP (FI /CO), Advanced Excel Role Overview: We are looking for a Plant Commercial Head to lead end-to-end plant finance and commercial operations for 3 manufacturing units The role will drive plant accounting, product costing, GST compliance, inventory control, and cost optimization while partnering closely with plant operations and corporate finance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage plant accounting, financial closures, and MIS reporting • Drive product costing, variance analysis, and plant profitability • Ensure GST compliance, vendor reconciliation, and commercial controls • Monitor RM/PM/FG inventory, yield, wastage, and inventory accuracy • Support AOP, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives • Partner with Plant Heads, SCM, QA, and HR for smooth plant operations • Lead plant-level finance team and coordinate audits and compliance Key Requirements: • 12–15 years of plant finance experience in FMCG / FMCD manufacturing • Strong expertise in plant accounting, costing, GST, and inventory management • Hands-on SAP experience (FI/MM/CO mandatory) • Experience in high-volume, multi-SKU manufacturing environment • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
