Minimum 5 years experience in an apparel or ready-made garment factory. Strong expertise in garment operations, quality assurance, and production planning. Prior experience in managing large production floors and garment lines. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to manage costing, inventory, inspection, and final output from raw material to finish. Exposure to African markets or basic Kiswahili language is a plus. Age below 55 years preferred.
