INTERNATIONAL PROJECT HEAD FOR STEEL PLANT OUT OF SOUTH INDIA Involved in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that completion of project is accomplished within prescribed time frame and financial parameters, exclusive from Steel industry. Discusses with Project Manager to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies. Partner with business stakeholders to identify key pain points and existing areas of waste, and highlight process gaps and areas of improvement across assigned, and other business functions Research, design, run and test processes to optimize productivity and workflow Manage the implementation of new processes and procedures Highlight processes in need of software development and partner with the Software Development team to execute changes Maintain Process Maps, SOPs, and project plans to execute on critical business initiatives Maintain a high profile on matters of environmental protection and community and employee welfare related to the industry. Maintain a direct involvement in current and future project developments that are related to the industry, aimed at improving methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
