The company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth, from exploration success through corporate development, financing and potential strategic partnerships. Role Overview The CEO will execute the company’s strategy, ensure effective exploration and project advancement, manage corporate governance and engage with investors, government and industry stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an entrepreneurial and commercially minded professional who can drive both discovery efforts and corporate growth. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the corporate strategy to advance exploration projects and build shareholder value. Guide technical teams in effectively executing exploration programs, resource definition, and project evaluations across the company’s North American portfolio. Lead fundraising initiatives, manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions, and ensure strong market positioning. Identify and execute M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s critical minerals portfolio. Ensure adherence to Canadian securities regulations, listing requirements and best-practice governance standards. Represent the company with government, First Nations and Indigenous groups, local communities and industry associations. Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team. Qualifications & Experience Proven executive leadership experience in the mining and exploration sector (CEO, COO, EVP, or equivalent). Strong track record in junior co. exploration and development, preferably in North America. Demonstrated success in raising capital, managing investor relations and executing corporate growth strategies. Solid understanding of exploration geology, project development stages and resource reporting standards (NI 43-101). Experience in M&A, joint ventures and strategic partnerships within the mining sector. Familiarity with Canadian regulatory frameworks, corporate governance and public company requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous.
